Accommodations


From the companionway, 3 easy steps led you below. "Santorini" has two enclosed cabins, and single head. Using the settees as a single berth, she will comfortable sleep up to 6 people. Cherry stained mahogany wood combined with teak and holly laminate style floor provide warmth while the white overhead ceiling keeps the atmosphere bright.

6 Lewmar opening ports and 2 deck hatches provide excellent natural light and ventilation.
The wood is DOUKA, in the family of mahogany, known for its beauty of grain. All the wood is finished in a lustrous multi coat varnish with a cherry stain tint.
Starting forward in the V berth stateroom. The bunk measures 6'10" long with the insert in. Port and starboard shelves run the length of the bunk on either side. To port and aft of the bunk is a hanging locker. Under the bunk is a space for the water tank and additional storage.

The Salon is mid ship with straight settees along port and starboard. A center line table with drop leafs on the both sides, lends to a seating of 6 for dinner. both settee's lift for storage below.

The navigation desk is located at the aft end of the starboard settee. Shelving lends space for manuals and books. the AC and DC breaker panel is located here as well for great access.

  • The hull is of single-skinned GRP construction. Local areas of reinforcement serve to strengthen the structure. A structural inner moulding is bonded and laminated to the hull. Its structural role is important as it takes and absorbs the stresses at pressure points (chainplate tie rods, keel and rudder etc), guaranteeing reduced strain on the hull.
  • The surface of the inner moulding makes cleaning easier and provides a better finish.
  • The hull is white.

  • The deck is sandwich construction (GRP and balsa) for an optimal strength/weight ratio and excellent thermal and sound insulation. Deck areas are provided with a moulded diamond non-slip finish.
