"Sojorn" is one of the nicest examples of this extremely popular family cruiser to hit the market in a long time.  The loving owner has carefully maintained the vessel and it shows in every corner! From the spotless engine room, to clean bilges, to the perfect topsides and gel coat, "Sojourn" shows like a nearly new vessel. The Catalina 320 is an extremely versatile and flexible design that allows a wide range of uses from casual racing, to family cruising, or just a nice mini condo to spend a relaxing weekend away from home. 

The design is a marvel of packaging and features more living space and more storage than many 40 footers. The V berth is approx 6ft long, and the aft cabin queen berth is nearly 7ft long. The spacious aft cabin features 3 opening hatches including an ingenious 24" x 24" hatch that opens into the cockpit.

The sparkling clean galley features a two burner LPG stove with oven, a microwave, and a huge double sided fridge / freezer locker with 12V compressor.

The stbd side settee can easily seat 4 - 5 people, and the table drops down to form a third large double berth. The two settee bunks are approx 6ft 6" long each. The combined berths sleep up to 7 total. On the port side there is a large chart table with hinged lid and a custom-made wood storage locker with shelf underneath. All of the cushions appear in nearly new condition, with almost no visible wear and tear. The reliable Yanmar diesel and the entire engine room is one of the cleanest you have ever seen.

On the stbd side just forward of the aft cabin entrance is the large head with toilet and pull-out shower. Many of the hoses and fittings for the toilet system have been replaced, and all seacocks have been checked and serviced.

Outside you will find a very large T-shaped cockpit with removable helm seat, so you can easily access the water via an integrated swim ladder and molded transom step. The stern rail features the optional corner seating that is up high and out of the cockpit for easy 360 degree views all around the vessel. There is a complete set of like-new cockpit cushions to enhance your comfort and relaxation outside.

The helm has an upgraded NavPod with sailing instruments right at your fingertips. The cockpit features 3 large storage lockers, plus custom-made sheet bags that keep all of the control lines organized and out of the way. All of the control lines have been led aft to the cockpit, for super easy sail handling. The mainsail features the popular Dutchman System, and the monofilament lines have just been replaced. Much of the running rigging has been recently replaced or upgraded.

The sail inventory includes 110% genoa, 90% jib, and the Dutchman main, all in good condition.

The sturdy dodger has integrated handrails for easy maneuvering around the cockpit, and the overall design of the 320 features very wide side decks, for easy access to the bow for older guests or small children. The 320 is easy to sail, easy to dock, and easy to anchor, thanks to the integrated hidden windlass and huge foredeck storage locker.

There is a long list of extra gear and spare parts included in the sale, and the very desirable Sausalito berth may qualify to transfer to new owners.
